We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner who can take a holistic approach to supporting young people with a unique set of circumstances, working 1:1 with young people in liaison with parents / carers to identify support needs and barriers to learning, and address these creatively and flexibly using innovative strategies.

In this role you will work collaboratively with young people and their families as part of the Flexible Education team.
