Position: Senior Support Worker

Salary : £36,183 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Support Worker who has the drive and passion to support a service achieve success. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives.

You will be a full and active participant in the work of the team, demonstrating best practice. You will be a role model for your team, providing day to day support, guidance and direction to your team members. You may also be required to conduct formal supervisions. You will be required to work on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends, sleep in duties and additionally you may be required to perform waking nights as and when needed.

Your role as Senior Support Worker will be central in supporting service users in a personalised way in order to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will be responsible for systems and processes including support planning, recording, finance, staffing and health and safety.

We particularly welcome applications from candidates who hold a manual driving licence.
